[IGSTK-Developers] FourViews Example

Hello,

I'm going to check in the FourViews example to have a generic viewer in 
IGSTK so we can test the ObjectRepresentation. I'm also going to write 
readers for mesh and tubes.

Rick, do you plan to check in your example or can you use the FourViews 
example instead? If you plan to check it in, maybe we should use your 
example... let me know.
