[IGSTK-Developers] Kitware code moved from the Sandbox to IGSTK

As we agreed at the tcon today, we moved the
code that has been reviewed, from the Sandbox
into the IGSTK main library.

The classes moved are:


       * igstkCTImageReader
       * igstkCTImageSpatialObject
       * igstkCTImageSpatialObjectRepresentation
       * igstkDICOMImageReader
       * igstkImageReader
       * igstkImageSpatialObject
       * igstkImageSpatialObjectRepresentation
       * igstkLandmark3DRegistration
       * igstkMRImageReader
       * igstkMRImageSpatialObject
       * igstkMRImageSpatialObjectRepresentation
       * igstkStringEvent



The code coverage of IGSTK is around 94.09%
after moving these classes in.


We still have 269 lines of uncovered code.
