Hi Luis,

In the igstkMacros.h, the macros such as igstkStateMachineMacro() are 
not explicit using the igstk name space in the macro define. This works 
fine in all igstk components, because we are using the igstk name space. 
but this will course a problem when application develop don't use the 
igstk name space. we might need to change that.
