[IGSTK-Developers] minutes from today and revised schedule

Hi everyone:

 

Great tcon today as we had perfect attendance! (can't wait to see the CT of
Rick's throat though - I don't think I have ever seen a "throat CT" before)

 

I pasted the minutes on the Wiki although it wasn't much - just a recap of
some of the items we discussed

 

More importantly, I put the revised board review schedule on the Wiki and
pasted it below - note that I removed Brian Blake since he can't be there
(so now we have no discussion of requirements - maybe I should add this back
to the discussion somewhere), I added Rick Avila before lunch to discuss
project management and process, and I added Luis, Kevin, and David to the
state machine discussion

 

If you have any other comments on the schedule let us know

 

Meanwhile we managed to corrupt the firmware on the new Polaris Vicra -
supposedly we shouldn't be able to do this - it just goes to show you that
errors can happen! But we got new firmware for tech support at NDI and are
working away - I just wanted to let Luis and David know that Patrick will no
doubt be contacting you in the next few days as we try to get the example
application ready.

 

Thanks to all for their hard work on this project and I look forward to a
good meeting next week - but before we finish I want everyone to have a
clear direction of where the project is going and a plan for the next year
