[IGSTK-Developers] New class: igstkNDICommandInterpreter

The error is occurring on the assignment operation of the communication
pointer. The debugger goes into "free.c" when some memory is being
tried to be released.
The declaration and code are exactly the same as in my igstkTracker code, and which is workly great. This is what is puzzling to me.
