[IGSTK-Developers] Pedal tool

Hi Hee-su,

Yes I have used the pedal, and my code in
igstkAuroraTracker will properly recognize and
initialize a pedal tool (it does it about the same way
that it recognizes reference tools).

It already part of the Iteration 5 requirements to add
methods to igstkTracker so that the application can
get the tool attributes.

So if you want to make sure that the pedal is
supported, just add it to the Tracker design pages so
that we don't forget to write the code.
