[IGSTK-Developers] Update ITK version

Hi folks,

Thanks for the notes. ITK-2-4 should be a good version to use.

And there are two machines: camelot.kitware and voltaire.caddlab.unc
failing all the display related tests, because of the X-Server problem.
Please help check that out. Possible solutions might be: schedule the 
nightly build to run under the same account login to the X-Windows.
