[Dart] Build failed rev299

Hi all,

I recompiled some of the packages using JDK 1.4. Dart should continue to work with 1.4. At some point we'll have to bite the bullet and migrate to 1.5 only (primarly because the rest of the world is doing so). However, for the moment, we are planning to continue to support 1.4.

Please update SVN and compile,

Olivier,

I upgraded the XMLRPC package from 1.2 to 3.0alpha last week. I didn't realize that the package was compiled with Java 1.5 (not compatable with 1.4). I'll try to compile w/1.4 and checkin a new version.

Are you running on a Mac? /Users/daffy looks like a Mac home directory. Excellent if you are!
