Patricia,

  Assuming the versions of the local and institute Dart server are sufficient, you can use the --archive flag of the local Dart server to save out all of your existing results in the new XML format and DartClient to submit them to the institute server.  Please see the "Upgrade from pre-0.5" section in the Dart documentation.
