[Dart] Can the Dart server data be reused by other apps?

Speaking of Scott's comments about the Dart server data repository (and I
speak of the Dart2 server...although I realize that "Dart2" is out, and
"Dart/DartClassic" is in):
I'll be poking around more in the guts of it later, but I interested in how
conducive the Dart-server "back-end" data repo might be to being
reused/analyzed/mined by other applications, copied to database for
external-lookup, trending analysis, etc.
I don't have any near-term requirements for this (unlike my push to embed
Dart client functionality in my software), but I interested from a
longer-term perspective as to what if anything my business might be able to
leverage from this data in a broader-scope analysis then just
test-and-validation procedures.
