[Dart] Recent changes to Dart

Hi all,

  The latest bug that Berk found in Test.tcl has been fixed, this only effects client installations
of Dart.

  It's been a week or so since things got really hairy, so I'm going to tag the Dart CVS repository
with a "CurrentRelease" moving tag.  In the future, simply update to this tag: cvs update -r
CurrentRelease, and you will have the "stable" version of Dart.  We're still not comfortable putting
out a 1.0 release, and don't even feel so good about a 0.5 release, so CurrentRelease is all that
you'll get for the moment...
