[Dart] problems with first time setting up.

Great it seems to be working!!!

I knew it was something simple. Remember it is my first time with 
these tools. Maybe that note could be added or the tool could complain 
about setting the needed variables.

The only thing is that you must have the path setup as root/source/client.
I created my own path and found that CMake placed on the /source/client 
stuff. Why should it care? Well I hope to learn as I go.

Remember, I owe you one next time you are at MED in Milwaukee!
