[Dart] problems with first time setting up.

Hello,

I am attempting to setup Dart (client first) for a project I am working 
on. So far I have tcl, cmake and dart sources setup.

following the directions in Examples/dt/README and with todays update 
from CVS.

If I 'cmake example sources dir' from the build dir I do not seem 
to get the DartConfiguration.tcl file generated. Files are generated 
in the build directory but not the tcl file.

Now of course I can not go any further without the configuration file.

I suspect I am missing some very simple step, but after going over 
this for a while I can not figure it out.

Could the example steps be out of date?
