[Dart] Some error info

It looks as though Dan's fix to Update is working.

He ...

1.	updated Dart on public
2.	did a 'cvs update -D "2 days ago" ' on the VTK checkout
3.	did a "make NightlyDashboardStart" so the update would occur on the server
4.	did a "make NightlyDashboardEnd" to re-roll the dashboard

the same operation should work on your on internal dashboards.
 
To reiterate how to reconfigure a Dart server to accomadate the changes to Dart checked in Monday:
 

1.	update Dart
2.	run CMake on the Dart server build directory to regenerate the new format of
DartConfiguration.tcl (which is no longer a tcl file :)

No pb, but my point is that even if you, Jim or Dan fix the pb remotely on
public, this won't fix the pb on our local dashboards (on ringworld for
example) where you do not have any access. That's why I'd like to know a
bit more on what's happening :)
