What is a "Necessary value" to replace  at FOO at  with?

I'd like to use QMake from Trolltech that generates GNUMakefiles on Unix and
whatever Windows uses on Windoze.  

Also can we use CVS direct rather than through the web?

To use Dart without CMake you need to write a DartConfiguration.tcl file.
This file is normally
"configured" by CMake from Dart/Source/Client/Utility.conf.in.  You'll need
to copy Utility.conf.in
to your build tree, name it DartConfiguration.tcl and replace the  at FOO at  with
the necessary values.

DartConfiguration.tcl needs to be in your build directory. You can then run
the Dart scripts by hand
using tclsh

cd your_build_directory
tclsh path_to_Dart/Source/Client/DashboardManager.tcl DartConfiguration.tcl
Nightly Start Update
Build Test Submit

Dan has just worked through a rewrite of the configuration file, so in the
next day or so the format
of DartConfiguration.tcl may change.  We'll send a not to the list when the
change is checked in.

How does one use Dart without CMake?  Can I use it with GNUMake?  Or can I
use it only so Dart uses CMake and the rest of the build tree uses GNUMake?
Or QMake*?

* QMake is a cross platform make system bundled with Qt.

I just did a CVS export for dart as of today.  It can be found on
kitware's ftp server as a tarball
