[Dart] Dashboards

Perhaps we can create a tag in cvs called CurrentRelease.
The problem is that I have several volunteers submitting dashboards for
vtk/cmake. I have told them to do a cvs update on Dart each night, because
until now it has been the best policy. I would rather not have to contact
everyone
and tell them to update Dart periodically. It would be better if I could
just tell them
to do a cvs update -r CurrentRelease, and do a cvs update each night. The tag
could be moved as new versions become stable.
