[Dart] Dashboards

[Berk Geveci]

Maybe we should have Dart releases. That way no one would
rely on the current source for dashboards. Updating Dart
every night has been the best way of keeping everything in
sync so far. Otherwise, the servers and clients run different
versions of Dart and things break very fast.
