[Dart] Trivial Cosmetic Suggestion

An alternative would be to have the buttons in a separate frame.
This way (1) they remain visible as the frame with the useful info
is scrolled down, (2) it's closest to the currect setup in appearance,
and (3) when the screen width is an issue, people can just display
the info frame.
