  This was because we didn't want to confuse the coverage information about Insight with CMake and
CABLE.  This line can easily be changed to:

set CoverageDirs .

if you like, assuming that CABLE and CMake and outside the source tree.

Line 250 in Coverage.tcl seems to limit any coverage testing to the
Insight project. Can someone take a stab at fixing this for the
general case?
