[Ctk-developers] CTK compilation under Xcode 5.02 (clang5.0)

Hi Sergio,

I just pushed a topic updating the version of VTK used in CTK to the head
of the 5.10 release branch.

See https://github.com/jcfr/CTK/tree/ctk-clang-compilation

Let us know if this fixes the issue, then we will integrate the patch.
