[Ctk-developers] ctkDICOMDataset to ctkDICOMItem transition

Hi CTK developers,

I just refactored ctkDICOMDataset into a new class ctkDICOMItem which 
better reflects its internal representation. I renamed all usages in 
master and also added a legacy typedef and header to support code which 
still uses ctkDICOMDataset. Still you should test that everything works 
after merging your changes.
