[Ctk-developers] Updating the "The Team" page

Whoever makes changes to that page, please keep me in the steering committee/founders section. I am still hoping one day we will have that type of meetings again, to plan for joint funding opportunities :)
Meanwhile I will continue to involve developers from Siemens Corporate Research when you have hackfests.
