[Ctk-developers] Updating the "The Team" page

Hi,
Yes, I am volunteering :)
I am travelling this week and will send you guys a progress update next
week.
Seems like everybody agreed on the three lists, so we will *not* modify
the pro tempore steering committee list, just rename it.
