That's great you managed to load the CTK widgets in QtDesigner!
Can you populate the following wiki page with the steps you did to have the
widgets in the designer:

I can't really help for QtCreator as I don't personally use it. My guess is
that it might be missing dependencies. You might want to try with the
QT_PLUGIN_PATH environment variable otherwise.
