[Ctk-developers] Is there a guide on how to compile CTK on windows with VC9/10?

I am new to CTK, I got cmake 2.8.4, Qt 4.8.2, and Python 3.2.3 installed on
windows 7. I generated the CTK.sln for VC10 with cmake, but I never
succeeded in building it. So, can anybody tell me, is there a guide on how
to compile CTK on windows with VC9/10?
