[Ctk-developers] problem compiling dcmtk

Hi,

I seem to have a problem compiling the superbuild. Namely I get the following
error while compiling DCMTK:

The source has been cloned right now from the repository, and I am using gcc 4.2 on a
mac. Is it a problem upstream? Can be reproduced?
