[Ctk-developers] missing file build error

The difference with VTK is that CTK relies on Superbuild to
download/configure/build its dependencies.

Recently I pushed a
fix<https://github.com/commontk/CTK/commit/c67f5dd797b744170e8902a5338618aa76fb228c>to
use a shorter directory layout  .. but it obviously didn't work for
you.

May be we could add some sort of mechanism to warn the user by checking the
max length for the current base folder.
