Hi,

Im getting the following fatal error due to a missing file:
(Win7 x86, shared release, VS2010 nmake, CMake 2.8.3,
qt 4.7.1)

in my build tree there is no such file but there is
  moc_ctkTestPluginMTAttrPwdActivator_p.cxx
  moc_ctkTestPluginMTAttrPwdActivator_p.cxx_parameters

and in my source tree the .h file is there, and it appears the number of
path
redirects in the above error to the file is correct.
