Hi,

Just for your information, I back-ported some MinGW-related fixes in 
DCMTK 3.6.0 to the DCMTK fork in CTK. CTK can now be build with MinGW 
and DCMTK enabled.

Since back-porting is not really a nice job, I also want to emphasize 
that using the official DCMTK version in CTK is quite important.
