[Ctk-developers] getting things to work in windows

Mark,
The unofficial reason why we don't have a user ctk mailing list is that
right now, we can't afford to support users :-P
For now, to use CTK, you need to be "as much involved as" if you were a CTK
developer.
Or said differently: "CTK users are CTK developers" :-)
