[Ctk-developers] Invitation: ITK - DICOM @ Wed Feb 16 5pm - 6pm (pieper at bwh.harvard.edu)

Hi Mark -

I get that kind of message if I run from a shell with my user privileges 
- on windows I start a cygwin shell by right clicking the icon and 
choosing Run as Administrator.  Perhaps that's the problem?
