I have definitely seen path and filename length issues with windows programs

windows XP successfully. Then I tested the examples, such as
ctkDICOMIndexer, ctkDICOMViewer. ctkDICOMIndexer works well, but there is
something wrong with ctkDICOMViewer.

path is so long that I wondered if the length of the path has exceed
max_length of windowsXP.

Then I used cmd to open it, it said: can not find the diectory. So I think
the problem should be the path length which exceeds windowsXP's limit.

anyone could help me with it. Thanks very much.
