[Ctk-developers] fPIC for QtSOAP

Hi,

I've pushed a change to my fork of QtSOAP (I don't have write
permissions to QtSOAP).

The change add the -fPIC option if QtSOAP is being compiled on Linux64
machines.   Without it I get the standard vtable error with the
suggestion to re-compile using fPIC.
