[Ctk-developers] Invitation: ITK - DICOM @ Wed Feb 16 5pm - 6pm (pieper at bwh.harvard.edu)

Do I need cygwin to compile, then?  I don't have cygwin, but am
running directly from cmake itself.  Should I run that as
administrator?  That would be a requirement I haven't seen in other
cmake-based projects.
