[Ctk-developers] ctkDICOMDemoSCUMain.obj : error LNK2019

We regularly build CTK under Windows (superbuild) but not the 
ctkDICOMDemoSCUMain.cpp (I think).

What Visual Studio version are you using and which build options of CTK 
did you change?
