thanks for pointing me to that issue. It just showed up since CTK uses the
CMake-determined compiler flags by disabling the DCMTK pre-defined flags
(which caused a problem due to /MT flag). So we did not notice it before, sorry.
It was fixed yesterday. So if you switch to a newer revision of DCMTK in
DCMTK.cmake the warning will be gone.
The minimum commit is 901ba8f1e50ef91627b0cdbb623835d64e3f6fe4.
The latest commit is 085525e643cab5ac826823c7a3169437761fe0d3 (two later).
Works for me in CTK under Win XP and Win 7 (32 bit), as well as on Kubuntu
64 bit. If someone from the CTK core team can confirm that, he might upgrade
the DCMTK commit hash or I do if I have an OK. Getting more careful now :-)
