[Ctk-developers] Barcelona hackfest progress

A lot of excellent progress was made in Barcelona last week on several 
important fronts.  A few highlights:

- a working prototype of the dicom application hosting system!
- a working dicom query/retrieve client and server!
- an eventbus from MAF moved to CTK!
- modules from various tools plugged into other tools! (e.g. GIMIAS 
running command line modules from slicer!)
