Hi Dean,

I fixed the following tests:
       38 - ctkVTKConnectionTest1 (Failed)
       41 - ctkTransferFunctionViewTest1 (SEGFAULT)
       42 - ctkTransferFunctionViewTest2 (SEGFAULT)
       43 - ctkTransferFunctionViewTest3 (SEGFAULT)
       44 - ctkTransferFunctionViewTest4 (SEGFAULT)
