[Ctk-developers] Building CTK

You need to have a patch.exe executable somewhere on your machine (if you
don't you can download it here:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm)
(make sure CTK_PATCH_EXECUTABLE is set with the path of your patch
executable)
