[Ctk-developers] [GitHub] Inform the user that the UUID package must be installed [commontk/CTK GH-3]

I checked in a fix for this.

CHECK_INCLUDE_FILES(uuid.h HAVE_UUID_H)
     IF(NOT HAS_UUID_H)
       MESSAGE( FATAL_ERROR "This package requires uuid-dev.")
     ENDIF()
