[Ctk-developers] [GitHub] Wiki-estion ?? [commontk/CTK GH-6]

I agree - let's use commontk.org as the main wiki.  I added a link at 
the top of the github wiki pointing over to commontk.org.

It would be nice if github offered a real bug tracker (the 'issues' 
aren't very good for this).  Any other suggestions for a ctk bug tracker?
