[Ctk-developers] mingw build failure

Hi,
with these three commits CTK builds on MinGW (I used the Qt SDK 2010.04
which has Qt 4.6.3 and MinGW with gcc 4.4.0):

However, vtklibxml2 seems to have some troubles compiling, so the VTK
dependent parts of CTK still require some work.
