1) If you haven't already created an account for editing the CTK wiki
pages, you should do so using the online form at:
https://www.kitware.com/Admin/SendPassword.cgi

2) We have a variety of suggested logos, and we welcome additional
suggestions.  **** Please post your comments regarding our candidate
logos to the mail list. ****  The final decision will be made during
the RSNA meeting.
