[Ctk-developers] Qt licenses model

I second Will's comments.
We can link with LGPL libraries without corrupting our BSD-like
license. The same is not true for GPL libraries - they consume any
code they touch.
We cannot redistribute LGPL Qt, but we can derive from and link with it.
