[Ctk-developers] CTK meeting in Oxford - status update

Hello CTK members,
Here is an update about the meeting in Oxford. Hotels are very full on the date of our meeting as it is the welcome weekend for Oxford Brookes University so parents are dropping their children off. The good news is that Charlotte Fenton managed to book a block of 14 rooms at the Barcelo Hotel:

It looks quite nice on their website, it is a four star hotel and we have a group rate of £88.00 per night including breakfast. It is however 4 miles away from Siemens and therefore we will have to find some vans/taxis to take us there.

Charlotte also arranged a dinner for everyone at the Barcelo on the 24th with a private dining menu, lunch at Siemens on the 25th, and another dinner at the Living Room restaurant. Meals & drinks are courtesy of Siemens (although we are getting our Compliance Office involved to make sure we have their blessing).
