[Ctk-developers] CTK and MAF3: hotels in London

Dear Gianluca, please count me in.

I am still waiting for the confirmation of a MICCAI tutorial the day  
before, so I still cannot make firm travel plans, but please count me  
for sure for the 25th lunch.
