[ITK] Compile errors using ITK 4.13.1

Hi Ally,
the thing about parentheses might be a bug. Please report it on the issue
tracker <https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITK/issues>, or even
better submit a patch <https://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Git/Develop> which fixes it.
The second problem you are having might be that your CMake was not built
with SSL support. Or that data.kitware.com server was not working properly
at that time.
