[ITK] [ITK-users] dynamic vs static linking on Windows

Hi Rick,
the way I remember, ITK had worked as either static or dynamic libraries
for years. Can you give DLLs another try and report any problems you
encounter at discourse <https://discourse.itk.org/>?
