Hi Tomáš,
if you are looking at slice thickness tag and seeing that it is only 1.25
mm, while the distances between slices are 2.5 mm, do not worry. Similar
thing is common in practice, although your case is a bit more extreme. But
ITK should read that series normally, and do some kind of interpolation
during registration (linear is usual). You shouldn't need to do anything
special.
