[ITK] [ITK-dev] Insight Journal status?

Hi all,

I’m trying to submit a new article to the Insight Journal
but I’m being thwarted at Step 1 where it asks for me 
to “Choose a journal where to submit” but no options 
are given.  Anybody have any idea of what’s going on?
